That's a really nice combination of FPGA with GD3.
Following the thread, yes the EVE has a limit of 2048 drawing primitives, so it's possible to overflow. 1500 in the code seems reasonable. Though there might not be much need for more than 480 points; it seems that 1 every Y column should be enough?
Thanks for the advice. This is my first GD3 program. I started with one point for every column but square waves needed a vertical line, so I tried drawing lines when the y value was discontinuous , which mainly worked, but occasionally gave me the coprocessor error. So I replaced the lines with points and noticed that the problem occurred when I was getting chaotic input and lots of points were being drawn.
