Hello,
Does Anybody know how to recreate the *.gd2 files from nightstrike game?
I would like to take the original assets and create the gd2 files from them.
Thanks

I think I still have the files lying around. I will put them in a github repo and put the link here.
They all use the standard asset converter. But instead of running the converter from the command-line, it's a Python program. This makes it much more flexible.

You can store the .gd2 file in the SD card, as gameduino2.proboards.com/thread/127/bitmap-cells-frustration), using this modification: import Image import gameduino2 as gd2
class Walk(gd2.prep.AssetBin): def __init__(self): gd2.prep.AssetBin.__init__(self) self.asset_file = 'myassets.gd2' def addall(self): walk = gd2.prep.split(32, 32, Image.open("walk.png"))[1:] self.load_handle("WALK", walk, gd2.ARGB1555)
if __name__ == '__main__': Walk().make()
