Which Arduino board should I be buying for Gameduino 2?

Hello, 

Which is the best fully supported Arduino board for the Gameduino2?

Edit: As I am getting an Arduino UNO v3 for other things anyway, is it useful for Gameduino 2 (as 2nd board)?

Yes, the Uno is a good choice.

Personally I always use the Sparkfun "Redboard" because it is cheap and its USB is more reliable:
