How can I make a Gameduino 3X Dazzler boot image?

I just got the Gameduino 3x dazzler, and i got it to work. I tested with the "Hello world!" program and everything worked. Then, as I was reading the documentation, I saw something about the boot menu. It said that there were 8 boot slots, and the first one was the dazzle boot slot, but the rest were up to whatever I wanted. In the picture there were three boots: The dazzler boot, text mode and asteroids. If I am not mistaken, this means that I can put multiple programs in the gameduino, like a game select thing. I really wanted to make multiple programs, and as I started searching for how to do it, I didn't see how to make a "image.dazzler" file. So that's where I am. Can someone explain to me how to ma a boot image for the Gameduino 3x Dazzler and if what I think that it is is correct?
