I'm using an Adafruit Feather and a Gameduino 3X Dazzler. I'm programming in CircuitPython.
I'd like to play videos that I've stored on the SD card. In the Arduino environment, this is pretty straightforward:
-- #include <EEPROM.h> #include <SPI.h> #include <GD2.h>
void setup() { GD.begin(); }
void loop() { MoviePlayer mp;
mp.begin("fun-1500.avi"); mp.play(); } --
So, how do I accomplish the same thing using CircuitPython?

Hmm, you make an excellent point. There's no MoviePlayer object for CircuitPython yet. Have raised this against bteve, the source repo for CircuitPython Gameduino: github.com/jamesbowman/py-bteve/issues/3I'll post an update here when it's done.

Many thanks!
(By the way, is .avi the only allowable video format?)
