I have a plugin in Eclipse for Arduino that I have used for some time. I placed the GD2 library and tried several of the apps on them. They worked correctly.
The problem I am having, and I cannot find the cause, is that nightstrike on this port works very slowly, and it does not seem to be F_CPU (16000000).
Using the same board and of course the same fuses on the board, if I use the Arduino IDE it works correctly.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks,

Well, I do not know if my question is to basic or too complex, but well....
I tried a totally different environment. I downloaded the combo version Eclipse/Arduino plugin from jantje (http://www.baeyens.it/eclipse/download.php) and by recommendation changed my Arduino to version 1.5.2.
It compiles now without any problem. All of the warnings because of progmem and others are gone. I was able to compile nightstrike, and the speed problem is gone.
The problem now is that all the colors are changed now. I recognize that the game is executing correctly because you can recognize the objects, although in random colors.
Please HELP!!!
Thank you.
