Im having trouble getting my custom board to work, I have attached a schematic. EveDisplay-EveDisplay.pdf (82.09 KB) The display turns on with a white screen. But nothing else happens. I have the basic hello world program running on my MCU using the GD2STM32 version of the library. Given the screen turns on a few moments after the MCU boots up is it right to assume the SPI is working and the MCU is booting up and receiving some information? So it triggers the backlight to turn on? If the screen is white could that mean the lcd itself is not receiving the data through the logic voltage droppers? I really would like some help trouble shooting...

Possibly you need to use the new GD2UB library, this evolution of the GD23STM32, and is almost, almost to be greatly improved for all FT8xx screens. Library you search on google and you will find it ...

Question; why do you use logic at 2V8 on U3, U4 and U5? Thinking to bridge the D13? It should be 3V3 I believe
What screen do I use?
Also U10 possible to generate problems with SPI, would have to have resistance Pull-Up, MISO, MOSI and CLOCK
