Hi guys. I try to connect the EVE board (MIKROE) using the GD2 lib.
I saw the thread here but it does not work (http://gameduino2.proboards.com/thread/65/gd2-lib-connecteve-ft800-board)
Where do you define in the GD2.h/GD2.cpp the INT and PD pins (pins # 11 and 12 in the FT800 chip)
I saw the examples and I really want to work with your library. It is much simpler than the formal FT800.h lib.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Roi, The GD2 library does not use the PD and INT pins. You might tie PD high, and leave the INT pin unconnected. If you pull the current GD2 library from github you can change this line: github.com/jamesbowman/gd2-lib/blob/master/GD2.cpp#L15to BOARD_FTDI_80x and it should all work, using Arduino pin 8 as the EVE CS signal.

Many thanks. I pulled both of them (PD and INT) up and changed the wiring.h file to cs=10 and everyting work.
Thanks again for your great library.
BTW, connecteve does not have a SD card. Is it possible to load images to the display using the asset tool?

Yes, kind of.
You can use the asset tool to put the images in Arduino flash memory. A few of the demos do this. There isn't very much Arduino flash memory -- only 32K -- so this can be a bit limiting.
