New BASIC implementation of the GD2 Library

This is probably quite niche, but I'm working on a BASIC/Assembler library. That may be of limited interest but it does show how to interface the C++ GD library with C and Assembler and also how to implement your own SPI code and remove the EEPROM stuff. At the moment, I have text, lines and points working. Starting on Bitmaps now.

Anyway take a look it runs on an Arty.

Latest update - bitmaps now supported and I've stripped out the original SDCard code and use my own implementation of FATFS and a separate SPI instance so that data comes in on the SD spi and goes out on the Dazzler SPI.
