Yes, here's what each Gameduino uses:
Gameduino 1: Xilinx FPGA
Gameduino 2: FT800
Gameduino 3: FT810
Gameduino 3X: BT816
The 3X is coming out soon.

I see the 3x 7" is on sale in your shop now.
Is anyone going to stock in the UK ?
Also the shop says its the FT815 which i think is the capacative touch screen version (would be nice), but I believe it's the BT816 as stated here ?

Thanks, corrected to BT816.
Yes, UK distributor coolcomponents will stock both the 4.3" and the 7" versions.
