After a half year of taping the display to a cardboard box, I decided to 3d print a bezel to mount the gameduino in.
To mount the screen and bezel I laser cut a box from acrylic for securing the project

I am using an arduino Mega 2560, so the screen is run with a few short jumpers. after laser cutting the box I added a few zip tie holes and a cutout for the usb plug in (if doing it again, i'd just laser cut these holes to make it easier). Overall turned out quite nice
