Hey all,
Hence this question is probably asked somewhere though I literally went nuts over searching for the right answers...
What's needed to make the gameduino2 work on an arduino zero? (I ordered both a day ago, without doing further research (thinking it would just work out of the box putting it on top of each other)). Now that I was showing a friend about this, I actually came across the compatibility isn't that easy on every Arduino device.
So I hope someone could be so friendly to enlighten me how to get it to work (if it doesn't out of the box)

Ok, So I didn't found an answer anywhere. So I just tried to hook the screen on top of the arduino zero.
In the IDE i just tried the HelloWorld for example
This is what I'm getting now:
"missing EEEPROM.h" (most likely my Arduino doesn't has an EEEPROM, so I left this out)
than I received warnings from the header GD header file:
Gameduino2/GD2.h:320:5: error: 'SPSR' was not declared in this scope
SPSR = (1 << SPI2X);
^
SPSR = (1 << SPI2X);
^
both these variables ain't declared... am I missing something here?

Ok what I just figured out with some help from people at the arduino channel is that because it aint an UNO type it doesn't work (ARM based)
Will there be an arm based library available, or will it never work with it?

There is a Gameduino2 driver for the Arduino Due, which is ARM-based. That should be a good starting-point: excamera.com/files/Gameduino2_Due.zipit uses digitalRead/Write to drive the SPI pins, which should be portable to the Zero.
