Hi All,
I'm new to Gameduino, and I'm most definitely new to Python. I have been at it for hours trying to install and use the Asset Converter.
SO... I managed to install Python. Then, after a bit of a struggle, I installed "easy_install"(HA!).
And then I tried the "gd2asset". I see it, but I can't seem to make it give me something other than errors.
I've tried:
And I added the .py extension to the filename, and I get this:
All this is extremely frustrating when all I want to do is add a couple of sprites to my program.
It would be great if there were a tutorial for setting all this up, then using it.
It would be greater still, if there were a simple single tool for doing this, perhaps a GUI?
Well, I'm thankful for any help I can get.
Sincerely,
Warren
